Beat the heat with a sweet treat that gives back: DQ’s Miracle Treat Day is July 25

Pay a visit to your local Dairy Queen on Thursday, July 25 to celebrate Miracle Treat Day. $1 or more from every DQ® Blizzard® sold will be donated to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. More than 70 locations throughout the Valley, central and northern Arizona will be participating.

Miracle Treat Day is the culmination of a Miracle Balloon campaign where customers pledge their support to receive $2 or $5 discount coupons for their next visit. Dairy Queen is a longtime partner of Children’s Miracle Network hospitals and Phoenix Children’s. In 2018, DQ® generated more than $90,000 for Phoenix Children’s Hope Fund during Miracle Treat Day.

Money raised through this campaign goes towards the Hospital’s Hope Fund. This special fund allows the Hospital to meet the most pressing needs for technology, research programs, and charitable care.

“This is the 14th consecutive year that Dairy Queens in Arizona have come together for our kids on Miracle Treat Day,” says Susan O’Donnell, CMN Program Director and Manger, Account Management at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. “These dollars raised mean that we can keep upping our game in patient care and treatment for our kids and families.”

Customers can share their posts of tasty treats on July 25 using the hashtag #MiracleTreatDay.  To find a participating store near you, visit https://www.miracletreatday.com/.
